European Union 14 day cooling off period                   

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. PLease note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Defective Products – Your Rights Under Norwegian Law

If you find a defect in your product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered it (or should have discovered it). You are always considered to have complained in time if you notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect. You can complain up to 2 years after you received the product. If the product (or parts of it) is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, the complaint period is 5 years.

If the defect is not caused by you or by something on your side, you may, under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Chapter 6):

  • Withhold payment (if not already paid)

  • Request a replacement product

  • Request a price reduction

  • Cancel the purchase if the defect is not minor

  • Claim compensation for any losses caused by the defect

We recommend making complaints in writing.

Replacement
If your product has a defect, we will replace it with a new one. We may refuse replacement if it is impossible or would cause unreasonable costs. Replacement will be carried out within a reasonable time.

Price Reduction
If the product cannot be replaced, you may request a fair price reduction. The reduction will reflect the difference in value between the product in defective condition and as agreed. In special cases, the price reduction may be based on the significance of the defect for you.

Cancellation
If the product cannot be replaced, you may cancel the purchase if the defect is not minor.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
